Group Coaching

Leading Through Change is an executive group coaching program designed for mid-level professionals who are ready to strengthen core leadership skills while navigating increasing responsibility, complexity, and transition. The program focuses on building practical capabilities—communication, executive presence, emotional intelligence, influence, and conflict management—while helping participants lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

This program supports participants in developing:

The program combines the power of group learning with individual reflection and coaching support.
