About Us
Where Change Begins Within
Manovritti is a reflective space devoted to the inner work that accompanies outer change. Life and career transitions—whether anticipated or unforeseen—often stir deeper questions, emotional shifts, and moments of uncertainty. While these changes may appear external, their true impact is felt within.
The Meaning Behind Manovritti
Founded on the belief that meaningful, lasting change does not come from rushing ahead or trying to “fix” oneself, Manovritti invites a different approach—one that begins with pausing, reflecting, and cultivating awareness of the inner landscape. The name Manovritti speaks to the movement of the mind—the subtle interplay of thoughts, emotions, and perceptions that shape how we experience the world.
Our Approach

At its core, Manovritti offers a grounded and deeply human approach. Drawing from coaching, psychotherapy-informed practices, and contemplative inquiry, it supports individuals and organisations in navigating transitions with clarity, emotional steadiness, and dignity. Rather than offering quick fixes, the focus is on nurturing insight that can be meaningfully integrated into everyday life.

Meet the Founder
I’m Rashmi Bagri founder of Manovritti, a Transition Coach, Psychotherapist, and Behavioural Trainer with over 20 years of experience across mental health, coaching, and organisational development.
My work has evolved through diverse settings—individual therapy, leadership and workplace training, crisis support, coaching engagements, and facilitation of reflective group processes. Across these contexts, a consistent theme has remained: people do not struggle because they lack capability, but because they have not been given space to understand themselves during times of change. I work with individuals navigating personal and professional transitions, leaders carrying complex responsibilities, and organisations seeking more emotionally aware and sustainable ways of working. My approach is integrative—drawing from psychological insight, coaching frameworks, reflective inquiry, and lived experience.
I believe meaningful change happens when people feel seen, heard, and supported in making sense of their inner experiences. My role is not to direct or advise, but to walk alongside clients as they build awareness, regulate emotions, and make conscious choices aligned with who they are becoming.

Our Way of Working
My work is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and clarity. Whether through one-to-one conversations, group engagements, or reflective tools, each process gently invites:
Awareness of internal patterns and responses
Emotional regulation and steadiness during change
Reflection before action
Integration of insight into daily life and work
At Manovritti, the work honours each individual’s pace and context. It embraces complexity, avoids one-size-fits-all solutions, and creates space for thoughtful, self-directed growth.
For Whom This Is Designed
Manovritti is best suited for individuals and organisations who value depth over quick fixes, and reflection over performance. It is for those who are:
